It is time to re-enroll for the 2017-18 school year. We have now moved away from paper re-enrollment forms to an Online Enrollment packet offered in RenWeb/ParentsWeb. Instructions for accessing the Online Enrollment packet can be found below. If you do not intend to re-enroll, please see those instructions below as well.
Re-Register By February 16 to Guarantee Your Child’s Seat in 2017-18
Current HCA students entering grades 1 – 8 are guaranteed a seat for the 2017-18 school year only if they are re-registered by February 16. Seats will not be reserved for students who are not re-registered by that date and open seats may be offered to new families who have been accepted to HCA.
To guarantee your child’s seat, you need to do the following by February 16:
- Complete and submit all Online Enrollment forms,
- Return/upload your signed Financial Computation Schedule form (mailed/sent home),
- Pay the appropriate Re-registration Fees.
- You can pay online by bank transfer (ACH) or by debit/credit when you submit your Enrollment Packet.
- Or you can deliver payment to Mrs. Leigh Kelly in the school office.
Reduced Re-Registration Fees Until February 16
The re-registration fee is $105 per student and capped at $300 per family until February 16. If you wish to re-enroll 3+ children at the capped family rate, you will need to deliver the full amount to the Office in the form of a check, money order, or cash before the deadline. The family capped rate cannot be paid online at this time. After Feb. 16, the fee increases to $160 per student with no family cap until April 28. After that, the re-registration fee increases to $175 with no family cap.
Use Online Application For All New Students & Incoming Kindergartners
If you need to apply for admission for a sibling not currently attending HCA or moving from 4-year-old Pre-K to Kindergarten, you will need to complete an Online Application, which can be found HERE. New students from current HCA families will be given preference over new families applying for admission.

Username & Password: If you have already created your own username and password, log in with those. If this is your first time logging in, follow the instructions below:
Username: Your username is formed from your full name as you provided it on the new student application. It is your first name, a period, your last name, all lower case, no spaces.
- Thus, yourfirstname.yourlastname
- e.g. John Smith = john.smith
- e.g. (Double first name) John Mark Smith = johnmark.smith
- e.g. (Double last name) Olivia Garcia Alvarez = olivia.garciaalvarez
- e.g. (Hyphenated name) Olivia Garcia-Alavarez = olivia.garcia-alvarez
Password: Your password is formed from your last name (as you spelled it on the new student application) and your oldest enrolling child’s six-digit date of birth (mmddyy), all lower case and no spaces.
- Thus, yourlastname######
- e.g. smith121212 would be Mr. Smith’s password if his oldest enrolling child was born December 12, 2012.
- e.g. garciaalvarez090909 would be Mrs. Garcia Alvarez’s password if her oldest enrolling child were born on September 9, 2009.
- e.g. garcia-alvarez090909 would be Mrs. Garcia-Alvarez’s password if she hyphenated her surnames.
If you have trouble logging in, please email email@example.com and provide your full name and the error message you are getting.
Once you’ve logged in, look on the left side of the screen to find the green menu column.
Click Family Information
Then click Enrollment/Reenrollment. This will take you to another screen.
Next to the names of each of your children eligible for re-enrollment, you should see two options: Start Enrollment Packet or Will Not Enroll.
If you do no see these options, you may need to log out, and log back in as your spouse, and try again.
If the problem persists, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and a description of what you’re seeing on your screen.
If you choose to Start Enrollment Packet, further instructions will appear when you begin the re-enrollment forms.
Instructions For Not Re-Enrolling
If your student is going into 1st through 8th grade and you do not wish to re-enroll at HCA, please indicate this to us a.s.a.p. so we can offer your child’s seat to new incoming applicants.
To do so, follow all the instructions above for re-enrollment but click Will Not Enroll for each child.
